About viewing inventory data in the Resource Manager
You can use the Resource Manager to view all of the inventory data for a single resource. You can view the basic inventory that is gathered on all managed computers. An example of basic inventory is the computer's IP address. You can also view more detailed data that the Inventory Solution gathers. For example, you can quickly view which operating system a certain computer is running. You can also view the status of that inventory data, such as when the data was last gathered. You also use the Resource Manager to view custom inventory data.
